Artistic Rights

The client acknowledges that they have reviewed Kayy Potter Photography's portfolio and understands the photographer's artistic style.

Image editing, retouching, posing, composition, and final image selection are performed at the sole artistic discretion of Kayy Potter Photography.

Copyright & Usage

All photographs remain the intellectual property and copyright of Kayy Potter Photography.

Clients receive a personal-use print release unless otherwise stated.

Images may not be sold, altered, edited, filtered, entered into contests, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Gallery Access & Storage

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all delivered images.

Online galleries may be removed after the gallery expiration date.

Reactivation of expired galleries may incur an administrative fee.

Gallery passwords are provided exclusively to the booking client. Clients may share gallery access at their own discretion.
